By using any part of this website you agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions.
Payment is made through PayPal.
VAT is not applicable.
Goods are only despatched when full payment has been received.
Artist reserves the right to change prices.
Despatch and Delivery
Your order will be confirmed by email. If no email confirmation arrives contact info@artsahota.co.uk
You will be informed and refunded if the goods you ordered are sold out.
Work will be despatched unmounted, unframed and rolled in acid free tissue paper and put in a strong cardboard postal tube with a return address sticker (if required, see below).
A framing service is not offered by the artist. This saves high P&P costs, removes risk of damage in transit and allows the buyer to select frames according to their taste.
Allow up to 3 working days for the artist to prepare and despatch your goods to the postal carrier.
Signature will be required to confirm delivery.
Returns
Legally, you can cancel your order BEFORE you receive the goods. Email info@artsahota.co.uk immediately if you want to cancel your order.
If goods have been despatched already, you can return them within 7 working days of receipt – days are counted when goods were first signed for.
Refund is only given if the artist receives the goods in the same good condition that the artist posted them and preferably in the same packaging. Damaged and/or badly packaged goods will not be refunded as they cannot be resold.
Refund will be made through PayPal once the goods have been received as described above.
Since the buyer is responsible for returns, an official proof of posting receipt must be obtained as it may be required (it can be scanned and emailed to the artist if necessary).

Print Catalogues
Colour and the settings on your viewing device
Work has either been photographed in natural daylight or scanned accurately by a high grade commercial scanner then up loaded.
Colours of images may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
Approximate image sizes are given.
Paper size varies but is ample for mounting and framing purposes.
Cookies are used to improve this site. Switch off cookies if preferred while browsing.
No personal information of users is stored or given to third parties.
